Product Review

A few weeks ago I bought some of these Green Giant frozen vegetables on sale.  I decided to have some with my lunch today (I really struggle to get vegetables in before dinner time).  They were SO tasty, I just had to blog about them.  They have carrots, sugar snap peas, edamame, and black beans in a light butter sauce.  There are 2 servings in a packages, so as soon as I heated them up (in the microwave steam bag) I split them into 2 portions and put one in the fridge.  It was a great way to get some veggies in and I can't wait to have the leftovers tomorrow.  By the way, they have 90 calories per serving with 2.5 grams of fat and 5 grams of fiber.
